The self propelled Atco Balmoral 14SK is the smallest petrol cylinder lawn mower from Atco. Featuring a 35cm cutting width, it's ideal for tackling medium sized lawns where a short consistent finish is required.
Powered by a 3hp, recoil start, low emission, Kawasaki petrol engine, the Atco Balmoral 14SK is very capable of cleanly cutting most types of vegetation, together with reducing the effort required by the operator by using the auto drive system. You have the option of engaging and disengaging the drive system, allowing for better manoeuvrability in tight spaces. 3 speeds are available on the Balmoral, easily selectable by comfortable throttle controls on the handle.
The Atco Balmoral 14SK also features the innovative Quick Exchange system, this allows you to quickly and effortlessly change the 6 blade cutting cassette with either a 10 blade cassette, for finer lawns, or a scarifer, for lawn raking. This makes the Atco Balmoral extremely flexible, turning your mower into a raker in literally seconds.
One of the typical disadvantages of cylinder lawnmowers, is their ability to deal with very long grass. The Atco Balmoral 14SK however, features optional side wheels which elevate the mower to provide long grass cutting capability. In addition, the spring tine comb also lifts the grass prior to cutting, ensuring an even cut across your lawn.
Furthermore, a stainless steel front roller, and heavy steel rear roller integrated onto the Atco Balmoral 14SK, produces a classic striped lawn.
The 52 litre capacity grass box reduces emptying trips, allowing plenty of grass to be collected in a single session, furthermore, the grass box included on the Atco Balmoral 14SK is easy to remove and reattach, making emptying simple.
