Almost identical to the Roller Compact 400, the Flymo Roller Compact 4000 has the same 1600 watt electric rotary motor, making light work of the longest vegetation.
In addition to the features found on the Compact 400, the Roller Compact 4000 also includes an EasiReel cable system, allowing tangle free cable extension and storage of the 15 metre length electrical cable.
The Flymo Roller Compact 4000 features a slightly smaller grass storage box than the similar 400 model, however, 33 litres is still more than adequate for most medium sized lawns.
With a compact design and adjustable handles, the Flymo Roller Compact 4000 is easy to store and transport. In addition, the Compact 400 has a quick and easy height of cut adjustment lever, with 5 different cutting heights available between 2cm and 7.5cm.
The wide 40cm cutting width cuts a large area of grass in a single pass, finishing the job quickly. The Flymo Compact Roller 4000 also includes an integrated rear roller, to create the perfect striped lawn.

Can anyone advise when the easi-reel was incorperated into this mower.

i have purchased two of these aswell both lasted 12 months just when the guarantee was up the motor burnt out, im not happy.

I have purchased two of these lawnmowers and the motor has burnt out withjin two years. But it does provide an excellent cut and finish. Its a pity they cannot get the motor rating correct. Nice mower poor reliability.
